I know that the media is making a big deal of the swine flu, that people are dying right and left and yada, yada...
Anyhoo, just so you know, there is a vaccine that will be coming out in certain countries next year as far as I know. But the media may just be overreacting a lot, because people die every year of some sort of flu ou cold, but they aren't listed as such, they usually die of pneumonia or something that started as a result of the flu.
So all ya gotta do is just wash your hands alot, sleep right (8-9 hours is a good amount), eat healthy to boost your immune system(with fruit, veggies and lotsa H²0), so just don't sneeze in people's faces and you should be okay.(use a tissue). If you get the symptoms, check with ur doc, just to be safe then whether it's the pig flu or just a cold, stay home so you don't spread your germs...

Eu sei que a midia está fazendo uma escândalo enorme da gripe suína, que pessoas estão morrendo por todo o lado e talz...
Enfim, só pra vcs saberem, há uma vacina que vai estar saindo em certos países no ano que vem que eu saiba. Mas a mídia está entrando em pânico quando não é tão grave assim. Na verdade, muitas pessoas morrem todo ano de gripe, ou pelo menos alguma coisa resultante de ter gripe/resfriado como a pneumonia.
Então o que precisa fazer é só lavar muito suas mãos, dormir direito(8-9 horas é um bom período), comer saudávelmente para aumentar seu sistema imunológico(frutas, legumes, e muita H²0), e é só não espirrar na cara das pessoas que estará bem. (use um lenço). Se vc estiver com os sintomas, é melhor verificar com seu médico, só para estar seguro; se estiver com a gripe suína, ou um simples resfriado, fique em casa para não infectar outros...
